Cancellation Policy

●        A minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of a scheduled appointment is required from either client or therapist. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given on the client’s part, the client will be required to pay 50% of the session cost.

●        Likewise, where I need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and rescheduling is not possible, the cost of the next session will be reduced by 50%.

●        Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late and I have not heard from you, I will assume the session is cancelled, and you will be charged the full fee.
