About Me
My name is Ana Moore, and I am a qualified and pre-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Cavan. Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, I made Ireland my home over thirty years ago. I am also a proud mother of three, with two dogs and two cats to complete our family.
Life can sometimes present challenges that feel overwhelming, and I am here to support you through them. With empathy and congruence, I create a safe and understanding environment, offering unconditional positive regard to every client I meet. Recognizing that each individual’s experience is unique, I take an integrative and pluralistic approach tailored to your specific needs.
I provide counselling sessions in English and Portuguese to individuals aged 13 and older. I am a member of the Infant Mental Health Network for Cavan & Monaghan.
